All the limitations and constraints that we feel to be there are simply the creations of the mind.
Fear, most of the time is an imaginary predilection of mind that we feel trapped in—It is the self-limiting beliefs that let a person keep stuck with a certain level of performance, be it in running, jogging, gyming, academic performance, or others.

The only way to get out of these limitations is to:-
1. Be aware of the “Self-Limiting Beliefs”
2. Act against that Fear or Belief just to gain experience. If the experience is fine- repeat and reinforce it with more and more. Make it a habit and you will soon find that you are ‘ UNSTUCK’- UNPLUGGED.,
3. Build a Momentum—remember to Work very Hard in SILENCE such that their Results CRY in the PUBLIC and let others know your worth without uttering any single word.
4. You can achieve anything you desire so long you are focused on a mission, consistent on your path, and believe really that you are born to be great and made for many big things—To help society and be an admirable Social Engineer.

5. Most of the time, men fail to achieve their goals because they feel that they are not worth it, or they simply can’t change their actions, behaviours, and habits to make themselves truly deserving of the podium.
Very few things can be more important for one’s life than having the sensitivity to deeply feel the pain and agony of others, and human sufferings and do one’s whole to mitigate these sufferings. What a paradox, that we don’t try our best or utmost to reach a goal and fulfil our mission.
What truly happens is that if WE are Determined to Achieve Any Goal or Mission and 100% devoted and consistent to it, we will get new and newer ways to reach our destination. However, for the same, we must remain consistent on one path, never lose hope and move ahead patiently, one step at a time. The mountain of obstacles will soon move away.
